Keyhole Land Company is a licensed Wyoming real estate brokerage firm. Our company was established in 1987 at 805 10th Street, and we're still at that location.

Our services include real estate sales, property management, appraisal, and consulting services.

Management

Keyhole Land Company presently manages over 10,000 acres of property. The properties are diverse and include ranches, irrigated and dry cropland, and recreational properties. Management services range from complete management to monthly and quarterly reviews of the operations. The majority of the properties managed are located in the eastern portion of Wyoming.

Appraisals

Robert (Bob) Brockman is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Wyoming and has held general certified licenses in Colorado and Nebraska. Bob also holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation which is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers only to those members with experience and technical training who have passed a rigid examination and who subscribe to a high code of ethics.

Bob specializes in farm and ranch appraisals and has completed many appraisals on agricultural specialty properties such as large feedlots, dairies, and livestock auction barns. more...
