An opportunity of a lifetime. This is the first time since the original ownership of the F.A. Bush Inc., ranch has been offered for sales since the original land patent via homesteading. The ranch is located about 15 miles north and west of Hulett, Wyoming located in Crook County.
The ranch is comprised of 14,787 deeded acres of which 1,200 acres is irrigated crop land. In addition to the deeded acreage there is 2,240 acres of grazing leased land from the State of Wyominng and 9,522 acres of grazing leased land from the Bureau of Land Managment. There are several hundred acres of privately leased acres.

Water for domestic use is supplied by private wells. Livestock water is supplied by private wells, 41 stock reservoirs, 10 permittedk wells and from the Little Missouri River. Irrigation water is from the Little Missouri River with over 845 acres of direct flow rights and over 2,460 acre feet of storage in private reserveroirs.
